Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you're not happy with your membership for any reason, contact our support team and we will issue a refund. No hassle, no runaround. Email us at MelonTradingGroupLLC@gmail.com and we'll take care of it within 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on any charge:

  1. Email MelonTradingGroupLLC@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Let us know which charge you'd like refunded and why.
  3. We will process your refund and cancel your subscription within 24 hours.

Once a refund is issued, your Discord access will be removed and your subscription will be canceled. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription Details

The Melon Trading Group membership is a monthly subscription priced at $99.00 per month. Your subscription automatically renews on the same date each month until you cancel. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

  1. Discord Command: Type /cancel or /portal in any channel in our Discord server to instantly generate a secure management link.
  2. Customer Portal: Visit our cancellation page and enter your email to access your subscription management portal.
  3. Email: Send a cancellation request to MelonTradingGroupLLC@gmail.com with your account email address.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until your paid period expires. If you'd like an immediate refund on your current billing cycle, just let us know and we'll handle it.

Platform Issues

We do not provide refunds for access issues caused by third-party platforms including:

  • Discord outages, suspensions, or policy enforcement
  • Stripe payment processing issues
  • Internet connectivity problems on your end

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We offer full refunds โ€” there is no need to go through a lengthy chargeback process. We can resolve your issue directly, usually within 24 hours, versus the 60โ€“90 days a bank dispute typically takes.

If a payment dispute is filed with your bank instead of contacting us, your Discord access will be suspended pending resolution and your subscription will be canceled.
